Diane’s Perjury

PERJURY AND FRAUD BY DIANE ANDERSON:

Diane Anderson has a pattern of behavior throughout the Probate Court proceedings involving Jewell Anderson of not being truthful with the Court.  Judge Grant went out of his way to be conciliatory to Diane Anderson regarding her outrageous demands pertaining to Jewell Anderson.  Judge Grant was eventually frustrated by Diane Anderson’s overbearing behavior, to the point he felt it necessary to recuse himself from the case so he would not be perceived as being unfair toward her.  Payback by Diane Anderson to Judge Grant for his fair treatment of her throughout the Probate process involved Diane Anderson, in 2008, stalking and harassing Judge Grant’s son-in-law, Mark Frankel, while Mr. Frankel campaigned at various political venues during his run to become an Oakland County Probate Judge.

In the summer of 2008, Judge David Szymanski of the Wayne County Probate Court was assigned to handle the conservatorship and guardianship matters involving Jewell Anderson.  Court hearings were held on August 29, 2008 and September 17, 2008 before Judge Szymanski.  At the August 29, 2008 Court hearing, Judge Szymanski determined Diane Anderson had lied to the Court on multiple occasions during the Court hearing.  Judge Szymanski came very close to finding Diane Anderson in contempt of Court based upon her lies and inappropriate behavior at the August 29, 2008 Court hearing.

At the September 17, 2008 Court hearing regarding the guardianship and conservatorship of Jewell Anderson, Judge Szymanski again repeatedly made a determination on the record that Diane Anderson was lying to the Court regarding issues before the Court on that date.  Judge Szymanski came very close to finding Diane Anderson in contempt of Court on September 17, 2008.  Diane Anderson’s inappropriate behavior before the Court on September 17, 2008 resulted in the Court making a determination that the Petition she had filed concerning an emergency need to change the residence of Jewell Anderson was a Petition filed only to harass all of the parties involved in the Probate matters, and the Judge sanctioned Diane Anderson with over $2,000.00 in attorney fees for having wrongfully filed a Petition which she knew was false at the time she filed it.

Lastly, on December 8, 2008, Diane Anderson again acted belligerently to the Probate Court and repeatedly interrupted Judge Szymanski, who was trying to resolve issues regarding Jewell Anderson’s guardianship and conservatorship matters.  Diane Anderson’s obstreperous behavior on that date got her found in contempt of court and jailed for a short time.  It is important to note the first contempt of Court finding and jailing of Diane Anderson on December 8, 2008 had nothing to do with her defamatory elder abuse website.

The only person who has been found by the Court, during the various Probate proceedings involving Jewell Anderson and her guardianship and conservatorship matters, to be lying to the Court, committing fraud on the Court, and being sanctioned by the Court, is Diane Anderson.  All of the claims by Diane Anderson against David Anderson and Martha Anderson related to alleged perjury and fraud during the Probate process involving Jewell Anderson have been determined to be completely unfounded and meritless.
