DIANE ANDERSON’S PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY – IF I CAN’T HAVE IT MY WAY, I’LL HURT EVERYBODY ELSE THAT STANDS IN MY WAY

Since being a little girl until the present, Diane Anderson has been a person who demands to get things her way, or else she ridicules, disparages, and hurts anyone that stands in the way of her objective.  While living in Australia, Diane Anderson violated the precepts of the Melbourne Unitarian Church.  In addition to violating the tenants of the Melbourne Unitarian Church, Diane Anderson also treated her fellow church members in a totally disrespectful fashion, and attempted to get her way regarding disputed issues between she and the church members by using the same bullying, disparaging, and hurtful tactics she has used in her false elder abuse campaign against David Anderson and Martha Anderson.  The informed and strong people of Australia finally could not put up anymore with Diane Anderson’s above-said tactics, and she was excommunicated from the Melbourne Unitarian Church and ostracized from the Australian community.  Thoroughly chastised by the Australian citizenry, Diane Anderson returned to the United States an extremely bitter person with no friends to her name.

A.   Diane Anderson Falsely Impugns Judges’ Character.

Since returning to the United States in the fall of 2003, Diane Anderson has employed in the United States, the identical tactics that got her excommunicated from her church in Australia and ostracized from the Australian community.  Diane Anderson has wrongfully attempted, on her elder abuse website, to impugn the integrity of numerous jurists in Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland Counties because these jurists do not agree with her position that David Anderson and Martha Anderson are evil people who have engaged in elder abuse.  What is amazing is after Diane Anderson engaged in an attempt to disparage and embarrass David Anderson with numerous Judges throughout the tri-county area, these Judges immediately saw through Diane Anderson’s numerous false charges about David Anderson and supported him 100% in his judicial campaign.  These jurists have been around for the past twenty-five (25) years when Diane Anderson was in Australia and had abandoned her parents, and they know the character and quality of David Anderson as a human being devoted to taking care of his parents in Diane Anderson’s absence.  This is why Diane Anderson’s attempt to bully these jurists into taking a position which they know is untrue regarding David Anderson’s character, is a testament to the courage and wisdom of these Judges, and shows how they are able to see through a con artist at a glance.

Diane Anderson has also attempted to wrongfully tie former Supreme Court Justice Cliff Taylor’s 2008 political defeat to the elder abuse issue.  Again, this attempt by Diane Anderson to disparage a highly respected jurist is just further evidence of her desperation in attempting to create the false impression that David Anderson and Martha Anderson have somehow engaged in elder abuse relating to Jewell Anderson.  Ironically, neither people in the legal profession, neighbors of Jewell Anderson, nor friends of Jewell Anderson, have come forward to support Diane Anderson’s outrageous allegations of elder abuse by David Anderson and Martha Anderson.  All of the tales told by Diane Anderson on her erroneous elder abuse website are simply the figment of her distorted imagination, and are not supported by the record.  Again, the reader of this website is encouraged to go to the Oakland County Probate Court and personally study the Probate Court files from September, 2004 to the present to truly understand what has happened regarding Jewell Anderson and see how David Anderson, Martha Anderson, Timothy Flynn, and the Probate Court system have gone to extraordinary ends to make certain Jewell Anderson’s life and assets have been protected from predatory individuals such as Diane Anderson.

B.   Diane Anderson Falsely Raises Animal Abuse Charges Against Judge.

To show the desperation of Diane Anderson regarding her false allegations of elder abuse by David Anderson and Martha Anderson, Diane Anderson has recently accused Judge David Szymanski of animal abuse.  Judge Szymanski is a compassionate individual who cares about all God’s creatures, including animals such as Jewell Anderson’s cat, Toupee.  At the September 17, 2008 Probate Court hearing regarding Jewell Anderson, Diane Anderson was complaining about the costs associated with keeping Jewell Anderson’s cat due to the fact the cat was over sixteen (16) years old and in extremely poor health.  Judge Szymanski suggested to Diane Anderson that as an option, she may consider, for the benefit of both herself and the cat, the possibility of putting the animal down.  Judge Szymanski indicated this was only one option for Diane Anderson to consider, and if she found it to be something she did not want to do, he certainly would support her decision in that regard.  For Diane Anderson to make up a ridiculous story, as told by Toupee the cat, against Judge Szymanski, David Anderson, and Martha Anderson, is again just a demonstration of her mental health problems and the unprecedented level she will go to to try to embarrass anyone regarding the Jewell Anderson guardianship and conservatorship matters in order to get her way.

C.   Diane Anderson Falsely Raises Abuse of High School Students Charges.

Diane Anderson, on her elder abuse website involving David Anderson, raises an unrelated and false issue concerning several advanced placement students attending Troy High School who wished to fulfill their National Honor Society political involvement requirement by working on the judicial campaign of David Anderson.  These high school students were given David Anderson’s telephone number by their government teacher, Val Loreli.  David Anderson was contacted by the students and asked if they could work on his campaign to fulfill the political involvement requirement of their National Honor Society application.  David Anderson indicated to these students if they wanted to assist on his judicial campaign, they could do so by working for several hours at either the Royal Oak Farmer’s Market or the Rochester Farmer’s Market, handing out political literature.  Three (3) of the students expressed their appreciation for being able to work on the campaign, and fulfill this part of their National Honor Society requirement by handing out the political pamphlets at the farmer’s markets.  No one coerced these students into working on the campaign.  The students worked for several hours on the campaign, and as a quid pro quo for their work, they received credit for their political involvement requirement on the National Honor Society application.

In an attempt to embarrass David Anderson with anyone she can, Diane Anderson, without having any idea of how the students became involved in working on the David Anderson judicial campaign, sent a letter to numerous people in the Troy School District, attempting to impugn David Anderson’s reputation and that of Val Loreli.  Fortunately, Diane Anderson’s mental health issues preceded her regarding the sending of this letter, and it received the appropriate attention it deserved, which was “not her again”.  Due to the fact Diane Anderson has totally wasted her life and done nothing of any substance to help anyone or anything, she is frustrated that David Anderson and Martha Anderson have made something of their lives.  As such, Diane Anderson’s only satisfaction in life due to her lack of doing anything constructive, is to try to put David Anderson and Martha Anderson down.  Fortunately, after people listen to Diane Anderson for a very short period of time, they soon realize her mental health issues are for real, and that she is simply a person to be avoided and ignored.
