WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ELDER ABUSE REGARDING JEWELL ANDERSON? DIANE ANDERSON:

Diane Anderson would like the world to believe David Anderson, Martha Anderson, Bruce Anderson, Arliene Anderson, Timothy Flynn, the staff at the American House of Rochester Hills, Probate Court Judge Barry Grant, and Probate Court Judge David Szymanski are responsible for elder abuse directed toward Jewell Anderson. A review of the Probate Court files regarding the guardianship and conservatorship of Jewell Anderson clearly demonstrate the only party responsible for causing elder abuse to Jewell Anderson is Diane Anderson. Unfortunately, Diane Anderson, due to her mental health issues and propensity for untruthfulness, cannot come to grips with the fact she is the person responsible for having caused the problems associated with the Anderson family and with making Jewell Anderson’s golden years tarnished and miserable.

Fortunately, the Probate Court Judges assigned to Jewell Anderson’s guardianship and conservatorship matters have seen through Diane Anderson’s tactics of bullying and harassing anyone connected with the guardianship/conservatorship of Jewell Anderson, and have put their collective feet down to stop this inappropriate behavior by Diane Anderson. It is a shame Jewell Anderson has to be caught in the middle of Diane Anderson’s inappropriate behavior during Jewell Anderson’s remaining years. While Diane Anderson may never change her behavior to make things better for Jewell Anderson and the Anderson family members, at least now the record is being set straight regarding her belligerent and shameful conduct involving David Anderson, Martha Anderson, and Jewell Anderson.
